Grace Ikpeme is a data scientist and digital technology professional with a background spanning biochemistry, healthcare, and business leadership. She holds an MSc in management with data analytics and has applied her skills across healthcare analytics, AI model evaluation, and strategic technology leadership.

This summer, she will be working with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals on a machine learning project focused on predictive ICU analytics, helping explore how data can support clinical decision-making and patient care. Grace is passionate about applying data science and AI to improve healthcare outcomes and patient experience. Through this programme, she hopes to deepen her expertise in health data research, machine learning, and the ethical application of AI in healthcare, while growing as a future leader in health technology.
